With over 20 years of experience in the social work field, I bring a deep and well-rounded therapeutic perspective to my work. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges, helping them build stability, resilience, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in connection, compassion, and practical strategies that meet people where they are.

In recent years, I have pursued additional training focused on perinatal mental health, including postpartum anxiety and depression. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating the emotional complexities of parenthood and life transitions, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

On a personal level, I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, and these roles deeply shape how I show up in my work. I value authentic relationships, a sense of humor, and the importance of connection in healing. Having experienced therapy from the client perspective myself, I have a genuine appreciation for the courage it takes to begin this process and the growth that can come from it.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy my family, traveling, playing tennis, and spending time walking and connecting with friends.
